With it's proximity to Alton and the Mississippi River, I think something like a Bass Pro Shop would be nice... along with another retail department store such as a Kohls. I would also think they should keep the JCPenney Outlet. But instead of the current massive indoor mall setup, I would redevelop it using a strip mall concept and add in various other stores and casual eateries (like a TGIFridays). And I think it would be smart to keep a 4-6 screen movie facility in the area... as there are no other theatres nearby. I gave this much thought… and after 1/2 hour I came up with this.
