We loved the property, but the house had an ABSOLUTELY OVERPOWERING odor of cat litter. I have a very strong constitution, but the smell drove me outside after less than a minute. As I was saying, I passed by this house every morning and wish I could grab it. I did a search on properties for sale in North County and this house came up. It was going for $129,900 at the time of my search.Now, it's going for $99,999.00. Talking about a steal. Someone needs to provide pictures of the inside of the house. I don’t know what happened, but I wasn’t finish typing my comment. As I was saying, I passed by this house every morning and wish I could grab it. I appreciate you reading! I generally try to avoid the P-D comments because they make me crazy, but the Jamestown Mall story hit close to home. I'd like someone to explain how $400,000 houses being sold two minutes from Jamestown Mall constitute "ghetto." I will definitely keep posting real estate finds. And don't forget about the Ted Jones Bike Trail! It's a 2.2-mile paved path that connects downtown Ferguson to UMSL and the UMSL-North Metrolink station. Don't know how you can stand it but I guess my employer deals with much of the same. Anyway, keep posting these great real estate finds; I love this one and would jump on it but it's a little too far out for me - an hour commute downtown by bus & MetroLink is just a bit too far.
