		<description>Thanks, Shannon, for sharing the MLK Day of Service info with your readers.  It&#039;s a great opportunity to share your talents with many local non-profits.  The Wayside Community Garden (Normandy) had a crew of intrepid helpers last MLK Day.  Despite the frigid temperatures they gave our fledgling garden a real boost.  
We are happy to say that this year we will host another hardworking group of hardy souls who will help clean out the abandoned historic home on the property.

Volunteer!  You&#039;ll be happy you did.</description>
