		<description>I completely agree that this was positive for Ferguson.  The vast majority of exchanges I witnessed were civil.  The matter that concerns me the most is not the outcome, but that relationships within the community are maintained and (hopefully) strengthened.

We will not agree all of the time, but we&#039;re all vested in working together to improve and shine a light on a great community.</description>
