Fine old house with several structural problems, all of which have been corrected. New plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, drywall, etc. and we're almost done with Phase 1. It breaks my heart to see the decline in prices for real estate in North County. We have our home on the market now and we are having a hard time because of the "North County stigma" that I do not buy into. North County has BEAUTIFUL homes and awesome neighborhoods!
