No matter what kind of updates you’re looking to make to your home, chances are you’ll find someone who can help you at Ferguson’s Home Improvement Fair this Saturday. More than thirty vendors and contractors will be on hand at this free event to share information and offer advice, including plumbers, painters, waterproofing experts, window and siding installers, HVAC technicians, tree trimmers, landscapers and more.
Representatives from Ferguson’s Public Works Department will also be available to discuss local housing codes. You can even enjoy some light refreshments and find out about financing options for home improvement projects.
That’s inside the fair. Outside, a recycling station will be set up to accept your outdated computers, cell phones, printers and other electronics, so you can rest easy knowing they’ll be safely and properly disposed of. The first 500 Ferguson residents are invited to recycle one item for free. After that (or for non-residents), the fee is $5 per item.
The Ferguson Home Improvement Fair will take place Saturday, March 20, from 9am to 2pm at First Baptist Church of Ferguson, 333 N. Florissant Road. For more info, call (314) 521-7721.
