Ferguson doesn't have any bike lanes at present, which is a nice thing about it, and I hope it stays that way. The streets are generally fine as they are but what is lacking is knowledge of safe cycling. That's something I've been offering in Ferguson for the past thirteen years as a certified League of American Bicyclists Instructor. Whether you're driving a car or a bike you need to practice defensive driving, develop bike handling skills and, especially for bicyclists, learn crash avoidance techniques.
