Overland hosting Market Center Festival on July 10

Rockabilly trio Hudson & the Hoo Doo Cats will be the featured performer at Overland's Market Center Festival on July 10.
If you haven’t patronized the Overland Farmers Market yet, you might want to pay a visit on July 10. That’s when most of downtown Overland is coming together to host the family-friendly Market Center Festival – all day long in the 2500 block of Woodson.
The event kicks off with the farmers market at 8am, then follows with a 5K run/walk benefiting the Jeremy Project at 9am. After that, there’s the dedication of Erickson Plaza at 10:30am, a vintage car show from 11am and a live concert by Hudson and the Hoo Doo Cats at noon.
Food, drinks, raffles and games will also be available, and yes, admission is free! For more info on the festival, visit the Overland Business Association’s website. There’s still time to sign up for the car show!
